Sun Belt Conference Football Predictions 2010
1. Troy Trojans -Troy lost some key guys off last year’s team, with Sun Belt Player of the Year Levi Brown being the biggest loss, but the Trojans will still have an excellent opportunity to win their fifth straight Sun Belt title. They will get stiff competition from Middle Tennessee State, but Troy has had little trouble with the Blue Raiders. The Trojans have defeated MTSU each of the last four seasons during their title spree. One of the best offensive lines in the league and playmakers like Jerrel Jernigan and Shawn Southward should be enough to keep the Trojans at the top.
2. Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders -The Blue Raiders are the most likely team to end Troy’s run at the top, but they will have to beat the Trojans in order to do so. They will get that opportunity at home on October 5, but keep in mind that they lost to Troy 7-31 last season. QB Dwight Dasher is the preseason favorite to win Sun Belt Player of the Year honors after throwing for 2,789 yards and rushing for 1,154 yards. In all, he tallied 36 touchdowns. I thought MTSU would have given the Trojans a much better game last season, and that’s why I’m reluctant to think they can break through. At the same time, I won’t be at all surprised if they win the league.
3. Florida Atlantic Owls – The Owls finished 5-3 in league play in 2009, and I really can’t see them doing any better this season. The key to improvement will be the defensive side of the football. The Owls allowed 33.8 points per game last year. With eight starters back the defense should be somewhat improved, but likely not enough to enter the title hunt.
4. Arkansas State Red Wolves – Unlike Troy, who has proven its ability to reload under Larry Blakeney, Arkansas State will have trouble floating the losses of Corey Leonard and Reggie Arnold on the offensive side of the football. The good news is last year’s No. 1 ranked defense should remain stout.
5. Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks -The Warhawks will lean on running back Frank Goodin and one of the league’s best running attacks, but they will still take a small step back after losing so much on the defensive side of the football.
6. Louisiana-Lafayette Rajin’ Cajuns -The Rajin’ Cajuns have been on the brink of landing in a bowl game in four of the last five years, but I don’t think this will be the season where it finally happens. The Cajuns are one of the weaker offensive teams in the league, and I don’t see the offense taking the next step after losing two of the best offensive lineman in the conference.
7. North Texas Mean Green – The Mean Green have the potential to improve on last season’s 2-10 showing thanks to a potentially dangerous offense. North Texas ranked fourth in the Sun Belt in scoring in 2009 (26.6 ppg) and even put up 68 and 40 points in a couple different games. But a defense that allowed nearly 36 points per game last season will keep the Green from looking so mean in the bottom half of the league.
8. Florida International Golden Panthers – FIU has struggled under coach Mario Cristobal. In fact, it is only 9-27 during his three seasons at the controls. There just isn’t going to be major improvement until the Golden Panthers can get a lot better defensively. The Panthers ranked next to last nationally in total defense in 2009.
9. Western Kentucky Hilltoppers -The Hilltoppers finished 0-12 in their first season in the FBS, but there is excitement entering the 2010 season after the hiring of WKU great Willie Taggart as head coach. The Hilltoppers showed great heart down the stretch in 2009, taking UL Monroe, FAU and Arkansas State right down to the wire. The wins won’t start piling up this season, but the Hilltoppers should be a lot more competitive.

Video Conference – How To Video Conference Home Meetings
Doing video conference home meetings is not only inexpensive, it’s easier than you think. Not only can you 3 way conference; you can also project the image onto a wide screen TV.
Up until now, in your mlm business, your presenter / upline leader would have to be present at your home meeting to create an effective and credible impression with your guests. Thanks to the video conference phone, this has changed. When you think about this, it really makes sense in terms of time management.
Set up:
Setting up your video phone is very simple. It requires a high speed internet connection and a 110 volt power supply.
Plug the internet cable into the internet input jack on the back of the phone. Plug the other end into an ethernet port on a router or internet modem. Plug in the power cable to the back of the phone and the other end to a standard 110 volt wall receptacle. The phone will search to find its IP address. Following this, the phone will register or “authenticate” itself. This process takes about 5 minutes.
Following that, it is ready to make calls to almost any phone in over 60 countries. You do not even have to dial the “1″ in front of the number.
It’s important to note that the telephone number that comes with the phone resides inside the device. Therefore, the phone is portable. It can make calls from any place on earth as long as there is an available high speed internet connection and a power supply. Anybody with the same local area code can call this number toll free.
That’s pretty unique as far as I’m concerned. Your family and friends back at home can call your video phone number toll free, no matter where in the world the phone is plugged into the internet.
TV set up:
Now, if you wish to video conference on your wide screen TV, it’s also a snap to set up.
Connect the video phone to a TV with a 3 prong cable (2 audio and 1 video). For example, the video phone has 3 jacks for this purpose, as do all recent TVs. Using the “menu” and the keypad, instruct the video phone to “use external video display” (very simple on screen instructions) Select the appropriate “input” instruction on your TV screen (using your hand held remote control)
With the ability to project the picture to a wide screen TV, a video phone makes it simple to do a video conference in high definition color. Built in drivers ensure a quality TV picture.
You are now ready to present to your guests on your TV in high definition.
3 Way Conferencing:
Like a traditional cordless handset, the video phone has a button which puts your party on “hold”. 3way video conferencing is no different than doing a 3way call on a traditional phone. Call your first party, press the conference / hold button and put them on hold. Call the second party and press the conference button again, all three parties are shown on the screen.
You can use your imagination for this. It opens doors that were never available before.
How about sign language? Think of the possibilities and whom this will help. Whose lives will be positively affected with this amazing technology?
I verify to you that this is the real deal. It’s professional, commercial grade quality, it’s reliable and will not let you down.
This video phone is indispensible for traditional network marketers.
Video conference and effectively communicate information and build trust and credibility with your prospects.
Hope this helped you.
A new experience and more success awaits you,
John Wannop
Importance of Press Release
The press release will largely depend on the version published in the news and an organization will see after a press conference the necessary steps required for the future. A good press release, the owner of the news channel and the official position of the company can act as a guide for the reports at the time of writing the note.
Let’s start by saying that a press release is a written brief that is used to announce a call or to expand or qualify previous information. In this case, one will pass the official messages on to press release and those that interest are published in the news and also the way those were treated at the press conference. In short, a company write the news from there point of view, not the views of the journalist.
First, the headline as it has to represent a summary form which is clear and striking and is the most important information transmitted at the press conference. Depending on the title that the press gets, it fulfills its role with greater success, because if its construction is long, confusing and not interested, and probably will not meet with due attention, although the relevant information is communicated to the reader.
Then go to the subtitle for supporting the holder, placing, supplemented or highlighting information of interest that the reader knows quickly. It should not exceed five lines and should summarize the entire contents of the text and create expectations for reading it completely.
The first paragraph should be of the brief of the body, which should not exceed five lines and should summarize the entire contents of the text and create expectations for reading it completely. It should be in bold and contain any information which is considered vital and it is customary to reduce the releases, so always cut the last paragraph. So it is useful to put the whole story in the first paragraph and leave the details to the following paragraphs, in a phased manner.
In the end, in the last paragraph, the findings and implications for the future should be set out for which the communication will have to be done, if we are mainly in the midst of a crisis. Do not forget that the press should have some news value; otherwise nobody will want to publish it.
Always located above the header, the words Press Release should be used, along with the corporate logo of the company, postal and electronic addresses and fax numbers, telephone numbers and email addresses for contacts.
It is very important to end with the contact details of the director of communications, because a quick and timely response of request for help from a journalist for a major information promoted by the press is best viewed and most likely to be included by the media.
